Asset Maintenance and Audits

Scheduling and Recording Maintenance

  1. Navigate to the "Maintenance" section.
  2. Click "Add Maintenance."
  3. Enter maintenance details (asset, date, type, notes).
  4. Click "Save."

Conducting Asset Audits

  1. Go to the "Audits" section.
  2. Click "Start New Audit."
  3. Select the assets to audit.
  4. Perform the audit and update asset statuses.
  5. Click "Complete Audit."

Generating and Managing Audit Reports

  1. Navigate to the "Reports" section.
  2. Select "Audit Reports."
  3. Generate reports based on your audit data.
