User Management

User Synchronization

  • Users are automatically synced daily from the Google Mail system.
  • You can also manually trigger synchronization if an expected employee is not showing up (even though they have a company email).
  • To access User Management go to People in the left side panel
  • To manually trigger synchronization go to LDAP Sync in the top right corner and click Synchronize

User Groups and Permissions

User GroupPermissions
Super Admin- Can edit ALL admin settings.
- Can create new Groups, Locations, Status Labels, etc.
- Not constrained by Company scoping when Full Company Support is enabled.
Admin- Cannot access Admin Settings.
- Is constrained by Company scoping when Full Company Support is enabled.
- Can perform all functions (create, edit, delete, etc.) for all other aspects of the app.
Operator- Can check in and check out assets.
Viewer- Can view information of all employees and all assets.
Staff- Can only view information related to their own account.
